WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

  • PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • PLEASE ALLOW 14-18 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AS THEY CANNOT BE REUSED ONCE WORN BY SOMEONE ELSE.

  • WE LOVE OUR BRIA ALLURE ITEMS AS MUCH AS YOU DO. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR JEWELRY IN ANY WAY. THIS INCLUDES EXCESSIVE WATER HITTING YOUR ITEMS. IT IS OK TO SHOWER AND SLEEP IN THEM SINCE THEY ARE MOSTLY TARNISH FREE, BUT TRY NOT TO DO IT EXCESSIVELY TO AVOID ANY UNFORESEEN DAMAGES. WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE IF THE DAMAGE HAS HAPPENED ON OUR END AND WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO REPLACE THEM IF IT IS OUR FAULT!

Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.

Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
